The Delvey is an oversized, loose fitting jacket with a small strap and gold hardware below the neck. This style creates an intentional and natural V shaped opening in the center front of the jacket. 

The curved hem softens the sharp shoulders, and sleeves taper to the wrist balancing the loose fit of the jacket.
